Chuck Pearson
High energy does not begin to describe Chuck Pearson. Dynamic and cutting edge, he has reinvented the paradigm of how business is done in the executive search industry. The CEO of one of the most successful firms in the Southwest, he has an acute understanding of his clients and their needs. Pearson has been a driving force in the continual reshaping of the industry over the last 25 years. Relationship building, understanding economies of scale and reduced time cycles, soft skills screening process’s, and a focused effort present today’s CEO’s with the “One Stop” source: critical to achieving an edge in today’s business climate. Hence human capital due diligence was born.

Balance is a message Pearson practices as well as preaches. Aside from work, he encourages and supports the belief in a healthy home life while continuing to volunteer for many community charities.

After growing up in New York, his wife and four children enjoy splitting their time between Scottsdale and the West Coast. His business insight, whimsical sense of humor, and tireless style make him a popular speaker both nationally and as a guest speaker at the Thunderbird International School of Management. He is a sought after expert on industry "best practices" and works one-on-one advising a select group of industry leaders.

Mr. Pearson received a M.A. Human Relations from Merrill-Palmer Institute, Detroit, MI and B.A. from Kings College, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Mr. Pearson has been a Certified Personnel Consultant since 1978.


C. Brady Wilson, PH.D.
Dr. Wilson is a psychologist who has practiced in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1976. He has established himself as one of the leading experts in the country in characterological profiling of business management, and understanding the relationship between executive behavior and workplace environment. He is an expert in personality assessment, and is an expert in the development of psychometric assessment and tests. Dr. Wilson’s expertise has been established in Federal, State and County Courts.

Dr. Wilson earned his Ph.D. from Boston University Graduate School in 1978. He is a member of the American Psychological Association for whom he serves as national media resource relative to employment issues. He is a member of the society of Industrial and Organization Society, the Psychology - Law Society and is the past president of the Arizona Psychological Association. He has published in professional journals and in management and trade journals. He has consulted with over fifty corporations, agencies and professions organizations about the assessment and examination of employees at all management levels.

He has presented in the past to the American Bar Association as well as the Arizona Bar Association, the American Psychological Association as well as the California, New Mexico and Arizona Psychological Associations. He has provided training to attorneys and investigators at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, has consulted with attorneys and law forms not only in Arizona, but also in Michigan, Texas, California, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma.


Beth Hartman Ellis, PH.D.
Dr. Ellis is a researcher and writer, and has been a tenured college professor. In addition to college teaching, Dr. Ellis has been a consultant to numerous organizations including hospitals, manufacturing, and non-profits. Her consulting was comprised primarily of the quantitative assessment of stakeholders, customers, and/or employees. She has worked with federal agencies on national surveys. Currently, her research includes designing and executing quantitative research on longitudinal cohort data. She has over 10 peer-reviewed publications in academic journals.

Dr. Ellis earned her PhD from Michigan State University in Organizational Communication. This discipline included organizational theory as well as research design and statistical analyses. Dr. Ellis won the prestigious and competitive Charles W. Redding Dissertation Award from the International Communication Association, which is an association comprised of scholars and researchers in the discipline. She has presented at national and international academic conferences for over 18 years and was elected by her peers internationally to be the Secretary of the Organizational Communication Division of the International Communication Association during the years 1998-2000.


Gary Crough
Gary has over 20 years of experience in startup software companies converting entrepreneur visions into software systems and escorting systems through the "beta cycles" that converted them into successful products. He managed the beta releases of Syntellect's 1st Interactive Voice Response product, TeckNow's 1st Data Paging product and Cyclone's 1st supply chain trading engine. At both Syntellect and TekNow Gary held executive positions in both Engineering and Marketing. As Director Product Development at Syntellect Gary led the design and managed the development of the product that led to a successful IPO. While at TekNow and Cyclone Commerce Gary served on various industry standards boards and has taken a leadership role in organizing multi-vendor interoperability trials.

Gary has a BS in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from Arizona State University.


Otto Siegel, PH.D.
Otto Siegel is a certified personal and business coach, facilitator and consultant with 28 years of international experience in multicultural environments in US, Brazil and Germany. He has worked with business teams as well as executives, managers and entrepreneurs to help them discover their core strengths and create bottom line results with focus and fun. His specialty areas include team coaching, leadership coaching, coaching of individual high performers, transition coaching and cross-cultural coaching.

Otto began his career as a high school teacher in Germany, where he taught Biology and Chemistry and initiated educational consulting for gifted students with learning disabilities. He directed an international student exchange program, spending seven years in Brazil as an international teacher and consultant.

As much as he loved teaching, managing and facilitation, he decided to pursue a career in coaching. In 1990 he started a coaching and consulting practice in Germany, where he helped East German military officers transition to management during political changes.

When Otto relocated to Arizona from Germany in 1996, he obtained the position of Corporate Coach and Manager of Training and Development for NDC Health, where he created leadership development, performance management and career development programs in 9 US and European locations.

He enjoys one-on-one coaching with clients as well as business teams and successfully aligning individual contributions with business needs to create better results with less effort. The foundations for his coaching partnerships are confidentiality, honesty, trust, caring and connection with every client.

Otto studied Biology of Human Behavior with Nobel prize winner Prof. Dr. Konrad Lorenz at the University of Munich and graduated with a Masters in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. He holds several certifications in leadership development, team collaboration, presentation and facilitation programs from DDI and The Center of Creative Leadership. He is a Certified Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), a certified BrainGym® instructor and graduated as a certified TMI instructor (Technique of Mental Integration) from the Humboldt University in Sao Paulo/Brazil. He graduated from Corporate Coach University International in Colorado as a Certified Business Coach (CBC), holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and adheres to their world-wide standards.


H. Frank Gump
Frank is president of the Assessment and Development Group International Inc. (ADGI), which offers both technology solutions and advisory services to help executives make smarter, more profitable people decisions. With offices in Toronto Ontario and Raleigh North Carolina, ADGI has implemented solutions in more than 1000 organizations in Canada, The United States, Australia, the Pacific Rim, and Europe since the company was started in 1971.

In a personal advisory and consulting capacity, in North America and internationally, Frank provides assessment expertise related to performance improvement, hiring and placement, initiatives to change and align marketing strategy and corporate culture, the identification of leadership and management potential, and career management. During his career he has developed and overseen assessment centers in major corporations, pioneered the use of video-based testing and the use of mini-simulation technology in selection, introduced the Occupational Stress Indicator to the North American market, undertaken more than fifty work climate surveys, and implemented programs related to performance management, candidate selection, the identification of role competencies, and the evaluation of management and leadership potential. In an executive development capacity, Frank has been responsible for training eight thousand managers to improve their selection and management decision-making skills.

In the technology arena, Frank’s company is the developer of Organizational Management System (OMS), a hybrid combination of management development and assessment tools to help managers improve their strategic and operational people decisions. Combining its proprietary technologies, including the OMS Questionnaire, and JAX The Job Analysis Expert, ADGI has introduced industry-leading computerized diagnostic and OD applications that take testing far beyond traditional applications.

Author of many professional articles, a speaker, and presenter at conferences and industry events throughout North America, Frank has also authored numerous research studies on identifying performance-related behaviors and motivation.

A Bachelor of Arts graduate of Dartmouth College, Frank currently lives in Pinehurst North Carolina.
