Our company was formed in response to the desire of venture capitalists and strategic investors to increase their ROI and to reduce their business risks. A key challenge currently exists for investors: they don’t have a repeatable or effective process for performing due diligence on the component they identify as most critical: human capital. They generally rely upon subjective information that can be misleading, such as intuition (gut feel) and past experience instead of objective facts.
The HC Matrix methodology and software tools were developed to complement investors’ information with a repeatable, objective process.
